Trusted evidence for open-water swimming

OBSERVER HUB

Observe. Record. Ratify.

Ratification evidence captured on the water and sealed the moment the swim ends. One auditable record from the boat to the decision.

Observers don't sign in here. Your capture link arrives from the ratifying body for each case.

More
than
a swim

A clearer record for a stronger sport.

Every ratified swim rests on what one observer saw. Observer Hub makes that record complete, tamper-evident and easy to review, so the decision stands on evidence rather than on trust alone.

How it works

From the water to a decision, without a gap in the chain.

Four steps, one record. Each hands the next a package it cannot quietly change.

  1. Swim
    01

    Capture

An accredited observer logs the swim on the boat. Check-ins, feeds, attire, incidents, each timestamped and GPS-tagged, saved on the phone first and synced when signal returns.

  2. Record
    02

    Record

Declarations in exact wording, photos and paper logs hashed on receipt. Anything entered after the fact is marked as such and never blended with what was witnessed live.

  3. Verify
    03

    Verify

The moment capture ends the evidence is assembled into one package and sealed with a SHA-256 hash. Nothing in it can be edited. A correction is a new version with a reason.

  4. Ratify
    04

    Ratify

The ratifying body reviews the locked package, queries the observer if needed, and records its decision on an append-only log. The certificate is issued from that record.

Observer Capture

Works with no signal.

Big buttons, one hand, salt water on the screen. Everything is saved on the phone first.

Ratification Hub

Live. Accurate. Trusted.

The body's side of the record: every case, its locked package, the observer register, and the decision log. Search any swimmer, route or date in seconds.

For operators

One link. No account. Straight into the same record.

The boat companies that take swimmers on a route don't need a login. A standing link, issued once by the ratifying body, lets an operator notify of an upcoming swim, or submit one that already happened, for review exactly like any other case.

Same purpose.
Any device.
Any ocean.

Digital observation and ratification for open-water swimming.

Same oceans
Higher standards

Locked, hashed evidence packages
Every submission is sealed and can be re-verified byte for byte, years later.
Provenance on every entry
Live observation, observer's notes and third-party data are kept visibly separate.
Append-only decisions
A ratification is never edited. A mistake is corrected by a new decision, on the record.
Built for the boat
Offline-first capture, one-handed controls, and a low-glare mode for swims that start before dawn.

Night mode

Built for swims that start before dawn.

A dimmed, low-glare capture screen for the observer on a dark boat, and a record that reads exactly the same at the committee table months later.
